We also support the acknowledgement and application of the UN Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

We identify and analyse human rights affairs and risks that are relevant to Bantmax Securities. We work in diagnosing and establishing control measures and training in this field.

We have an open Complaint Channel that aims to detect irregular or inappropriate conduct within the Company and to act accordingly.

Our Company has introduced a “Corporate Compliance” programme, which includes a series of diagnostic, control and training measures. The “Compliance Officer”, in charge of overseeing compliance with regulations, has amongst his or her responsibilities that the staff comply with standards and procedures.
