We prepare our Annual Report using the framework provided by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) that establishes the principles and indicators that organisations can employ to measure and publish their economic, environmental and social performance. The 2011 Annual Report, following the GRI G3.1 Guidelines, fulfilled the requirement of Application Level A.
